The Children's Foundation is still operating, our main projects have paused for now but thanks to the flexibility of funders like several other charities we are moving towards some virtual models of our delivery such as;
However, often those most in need do not have ready access to this online and virtual world so we have adapted to provide a practical and physical response to this situation for those families most in need.
Following the guidelines and directives of Social Distancing and Good Practice, TCF are assembling and delivering ‘Food and Fun’ activity Packs. Over the COVID-19 period we have been out and about helping others in the North East area, our fantastic team and helpers have been dropping in food packages and activity packs for those in need. Life in lock down has been pretty hard going for everyone, however it is still so important to stay in doors or socially distance when outside.
